Welcome, Legacy leader Ultimas here,
If you want to join Legacy, create a topic and titled with your PB2 username and the number of applications you have created. For example, if this was my first time creating an application, I would title it: Ultimas#1
To create a successful application, you must follow the format below. Be sure to copy all the questions and answer them truthfully.
